Founder : Julien-Brice Sounigo

With a Master’s in Business Law specializing in Corporate Law, I developed expertise in legal and tax matters, beginning my career as a Tax Specialist in wealth management, advising families on tax and estate planning for vineyards, industries, and real estate. I later served as an External Consultant at Rothschild & Co, managing complex asset management strategies for high-net-worth clients.

With a Master’s in Business Law specializing in Corporate Law, I developed expertise in legal and tax matters, beginning my career as a Tax Specialist in wealth management, advising families on tax and estate planning for vineyards, industries, and real estate. I later served as an External Consultant at Rothschild & Co, managing complex asset management strategies for high-net-worth clients.

Driven by a desire to foster economic growth in Africa, I founded a project engineering firm focused on supporting SMEs and institutions with growth and fundraising. I also previously held a position as Manager of Banking and Financial Instruments at a U.S. private investment firm, where I oversaw major international financing projects. My diverse experience has enabled me to build a global network of financial partners, allowing me to engage in varied projects across sectors and regions.
